Mangalore Nov 04: The Grotto of Mother Mary was inaugurated at Gladsom Home, Minor Seminary on this Saturday around 7.20 PM. Rev. Msgr Maxim L. Noronha, the Vicar General of the Diocese of Mangalore inaugurated and blessed the Grotto.
Rev Fr Leo Lasrado, the Rector of Gladsom home and Rev Fr Alfred Pinto, the Rector of Rosario Cathedral, along with the architect of this magnificent Grotto Mr Walter Pinto were also present.
All the Gladsom brothers took part in the inaugural ceremony of the grotto. During the inauguration Rev. Msgr Maxim L. Noronha commented, “Blessed Virgin Mary reflects her motherhood, interceeds for all of us and she leads us to Jesus”.
The inaugural ceremony was followed by the recitation of the rosary and fellowship meet. Br Anson compered the programme.
