MANGALORE, MAY 24: Rev. Fr Antony
Clany Dsouza took charge as the new Rector of Gladsom Home for Students on the
eve of May 24, 2024. The outgoing Rector Fr Praveen Leo Lasrado along with
spiritual Director Fr Harry Dsouza and other Students welcomed him to the House
with a prayer service.
Fr Clany Took up the charge by signing the registar. Very Rev. Fr Maxim L. Noronha VG of Mangalore Diocese, was the representative of Bishop, whose presence Fr Rector assumed his responsibility. Thereafter VG spoke about the importance of formation and wished both,the new rector as well as outgoing Rector. After which Fr Clany spoke about his life in Gladsom 20years ago and now he is glad to take up this responsibility.

Praveen Leo Lasrado along with Spiritual Director and Seminarians. Rev Fr Maxim
Noronha, The VG of Mangalore Diocese, Fr Ronald Cutinha, Parish Priest of
Bajpe, Fr Vincent Menezes, Spiritual Director of Jeppu Seminary, Fr Rohith
Dcousta, studying catecal studies in Bangalore, Fr Vincent Dsouza Jr, Rector of Kripa Sadhana,
Fr Anil Roshan Lobo, Spiritual Director of Kripa Sadhana, Family members of Fr
Clany and parishners of Bajpe were present. Fr Harry Dsouza compered the
programme and verbalised the vote of thanks.
